Excellent opportunity for a single or multi-concept restaurant or a brewery/taphouse with an in-house kitchen.

This second-generation restaurant is in the PM Morris Building in the heart of downtown Concord. The upper floors of the building are currently undergoing renovation and are being converted to 14 one and two-bedroom apartments(leasing is set to begin shortly). The kitchen has remained in use, and significant items like the hood system, coolers, and sinks will remain. The new downtown streetscape project will create space for outdoor dining/patio space.  This space will be included at no additional cost(aside from any fees the city may charge). Construction has begun, and the roadwork is expected to be completed by the end of the summer; all work on the project is to be completed by late 2024.

This location is moments from the expanded courthouse (over $100 million investment), Concord city offices, a new entertainment plaza & more. LMG is also building three new apartment projects within a block of this location. Over 300 additional units will join the existing apartments and historic neighborhoods surrounding the Morris Building.

Ample free parking surrounds the location, with parking decks and surface lots available. Handicap spaces will be on Union once the streetscape project is completed.

Additionally, downtown Concord is minutes from the new Red Bull and Eli Lilly facilities currently under construction.
