This site is the crossroads to Charlotte, Albemarle, Concord, and Monroe. Its proximity to I-485, Hwy 24/27, Hwy 601, and Hwy 200 makes it unique among local municipalities. The NC DOT estimates the traffic on 24/27 at this property will be approximately 40,000 vehicles per day by 2040.
