Look for the first of two new Chick-Fil-A concepts to debut near Atlanta next year. A new "elevated" concept where a kitchen twice the size of one of their traditional restaurant feeds food via chutes to 4 drive-thru lanes below.
In some markets, Chick-Fil-A is averaging over 50% of their orders as digital, and the share continues to increase.
The other new concept will be a walk-up-only restaurant that will debut in New York.
